What to include (so we can help faster)

Common topics

“My monthly totals look wrong”: check whether you selected the correct month/year, and review your largest entries first. If you use EMIs, make sure the EMI is marked active and the amount is correct.

“I can’t log in”: confirm your email and password. If you recently changed devices, try logging in again and refresh. If the problem continues, share the error message text.

“How do EMIs work?”: EMIs are recurring commitments. Add the EMI once with an end date. While active, it remains visible in your EMI list and helps you understand fixed monthly commitments.

Response times

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Bug reports with clear steps and screenshots are usually the fastest to resolve.
